Studio

A small practice, by choice

Three architects and a model-maker, working from a converted fruit warehouse in Hood River.

Founded on a field trip.

Fieldwork began in 2011, when Ana Lindqvist and Tomas Reyes spent a summer surveying abandoned homesteads in eastern Oregon. The buildings that had lasted were the ones that understood their place.

We've stayed small so we can keep that close attention on every house: few projects, done carefully, with the people who'll live in them.
